Black and white is a pretty good format, and I'd say you did a pretty great job considering this is your first. I'd say trying out some more and seeing how they and your skills develop with 'em is worth looking into for sure.

This is some really incredible work! I've never seen these characters depicted in such ways before, but it's really interesting seeing all of the wildly different shapes and sizes for sure. It's like a perfect blend of funny and cute, too. Time well spent, great stuff!!

This is some extremely well-made stuff! The background just has such an insane amount of detail put into it, as well as its lighting to really compliment the structure of the image.
